We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who is looking to be an asset for a well established community health company! If you are looking for a flexible, part time accounting role, where you can utilize current experience to gain more experience, this is the role for you! 

 

 

Pay:

 

$23-25/hr based on experience 

 

Schedule:

 

Monday - Friday (20 hours a week, flexible schedule as many days a week as you''d like!)

 

Duties:

 

- Handle Accounts Payable, Invoices, timesheets, and associate attendance/time off

- Possible semi monthly payroll on their company system (will train)

- Prepare checks 

- General administrative, and accounting assistance
