A Manufacturing company in Fort Worth is looking to add a Accounts Receivable Specialist to their accounting team.

 

 

• Manage customer accounts, including applying cash receipts and monitoring for payment issues.
• Process new customer credit applications and maintain sales tax exemption forms.
• Set up and manage customer data in ERP and accounting systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure accurate AR invoicing.
• Support end-of-month tasks and cross-train on billing processes.
• Provide backup support to other accounting staff as needed.

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable
• Experience with Great Plains is a plus
• Strong Excel experience
• This may not include all the requirements of the role

Salary Range: 60k

Monday - Friday 8-5
