NDT Radiographer

 

Duties:

  • Perform Level II RT inspections
  • Set up and calibrate testing equipment and materials.
  • Calculate, establish, and control radiation area.
  • Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
  • Organize and report test results.
  • Responsible for producing quality radiographs.
  • Perform specialized inspections.
  • May be responsible for guidance and on-the-job training of Trainees and RT Assistants in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, procedures, and the Company''s written practice.
  • Establish and manage all safety procedures and functions throughout a project.
  • Effective at meeting deadlines established by management and the client.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while on projects.
  • Maintain any other assignments necessary to meet Level II RT responsibilities set forth by the Company.

 

Direct Hire

$26.00 per hour depending on experience.

Milton, FL.

Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm

Skills & Education Required:

  • Documented field hours and classroom education that meets or exceeds SNT-TC-1A certification requirements for methods of RT.
  • Capable of successfully passing Company Level II RT certification process.
  • High School Diploma, GED, and/or advanced education.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Current ASNT/ACCP Level II Radiography certification.
  • Valid IRRSP card.
  • Familiar with applicable welding codes, i.e., ASME, API, AWS, etc.
  • List of projects managed as a Level II Radiographer.
  • Able to pass an FBI background verification in accordance with the Company's Increased Controls program.
  • Capable of passing Company's Drug/Alcohol, Fit for Duty, and Ergonomic Testing policies/procedures.
