One of our valued clients is looking for an experienced Branch Manager who is energetic, self-motivated, and who demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

·       Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques. 

·       Develop territory plan and goals in partnership with Regional Manager. 

·       Skill in building and maintaining long term customer relationships 

·       Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to grow business while maintaining margin targets. 

·       Ability to successfully position products and services as a strategic advantage to customers.

 

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

·       Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)

·       Excellent interpersonal & phone skills, with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of staff

·       HVAC and/or plumbing related industry knowledge or experience desirable but not required

·       3 years sales experience preferred
