CNC Set-up Operator Job Description: 

Express is working with a local manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components to fill a CNC Set-up Operator position. You will play in integral role in setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate mills and lathes
• Program mills and lathes

 

Schedule and Pay:

• Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, Fri 6am-3:30pm
• $18.00-$30.00/hr, based on experience

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with mills and lathes
• Experience programming mills and lathes (preferably set-up experience with HAAS mills or Mori Seiki lathes)
• Must be able to read blueprints, setup fixturing, and write programs
• Career minded and eager to learn
• Steel toed shoes or boots
• HS diploma or GED
• Background check
• Drug test
