FBA Assembler Job Description: 

Express is working with a local manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components to fill an FBA Assembler role. You will play in integral role in assembling and adjusting various types and styles of Guardian Couplings products from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities:

• Test completed parts, inspect parts for quality, and prepare parts for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Review work orders and follow all blueprint instructions for assembly, written or oral
• Visually check all parts for defects, notifying appropriate supervision of anomalous parts
• Pack finished assemblies in preparation for production orders to appropriate storage or shipment area
• Sign off on completed work orders and record scrap count when the work order is completed

 

Schedule and Pay:

• Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, Fri 6am-3:30pm
• $18.00/hr

Requirements:

• Knowledge of how to read and interpret blueprints
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Must be career minded and eager to learn
• Steel toed shoes or boots
• HS diploma or GED
• Background check
• Drug test
