The Aftermarket Sales and Customer Service Teams are responsible for establishing great relationships with customer and leaving a great impression.  Our goal is to provide excellent service and help the customer with their sales, service, chemical, rental and parts needs. 

General duties of Aftermarket Inside Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep

·        Maintain "On Hold" reports and send estimates through Salesforce.

·        Maintain customer PM lists through the daily, weekly & monthly schedule.

·        Meet and exceed PM/ Service goals at each assigned location

·        Upsell chemicals and common replacement parts if appropriate to customer’s current needs

·        Use Salesforce to keep accurate records of the sales process.  Assist with data cleanup of past accounts

·        Follow up on prospects and leads using an organized marketing campaign within Salesforce.

·        Create work orders resulting from approved PMs in Salesforce

·        Set up customer accounts and billing as needed using Quickbooks and Bill & Pay.
