Our client in Jersey City is in need of a Maintenance Helper. 2-3 years experience. Primary duties will be cleaning and painting and handle trash removal. Basic maintenance tasks may also be required- changing light bulbs, etc. Ability to operate a scissor lift for additional cleaning is a huge plus. Other duties as needed.
