Long-Term/Full-Time position

$14.00-$14.50 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring foran Administrative Assistant for a local client in Ascension Parish.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Administrative Assistant  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and high level Excel experience, and other relevant computer operations
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Running general office errands as needed
• Assisting with office documents and insurance certificates
• Sending insurance renewal emails
• Assisting with work in various safety database websites
• Put together safety materials for clients (safety manuals, certificates, etc.)
• Miscellaneous typing and revision of documents as needed
• Scanning and saving documents

• Other tasks may be needed.
