Our client located in Dekalb, Il is seeking a Production Supervisor whose core responsibilities will include plant operations, production, safety and quality assurance. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Direct supervision of fabrication team.
• Identifies critical direction for operations that aligns with company strategic imperatives.
• Strives for continuous improvement with safety processes and operational systems.
• Oversee all manufacturing plant operations.
• Handling personal functions including hiring, terminations, and promotions.

Qualification include but are not limited to

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business (Preferred)
• Lean manufacturing background
• 3+ years production management
• Ensure safe use of equipment 
• Weekly/Monthly safety protocols
