Located in Utica, NY

Property Management/Construction Company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to be responsible for the following:

  • Handling the accounts receivables and the accounts payables including invoicing and other related tasks
  • Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Documenting financial transactions
  • Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
  • Other administrative duties as assigned when required (answering the phones, filing, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products is required
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential
  • Strong organizational skills will be required

Position has flexibility to be full-time hybrid - 32-40 hours per week
