Assembler – $18 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals of Paris is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find great people. We are currently seeking several Assemblers to join a growing team in Paris, IL.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble various sizes & types of products in a safe manner
• Follow prescribed practice or instructions in handling & positioning of parts
• Adjust pieces by trimming, bending, etc. for proper fit as necessary
• Some pieces snap into place, others are fastened with screws, nuts & bolts, rivets, etc.
• Work from supervisor demonstration or approved sample
• Check pieces for proper fit, assembly, & finish
• Required to stand, walk, crouch, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, and controls.

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate well with others
• Excellent attendance
• Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety glasses, steel toes, and ear protection. 

Schedule:

 

Monday- Friday, and overtime on Saturdays.
2nd: 4pm - 4am
