Job Duties:

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards mandated by state, federal, and OSHA regulations.
• Have proper knowledge of power saws, knives, slicers, cubers, and commercial grinders.
• Unload the trucks of groceries; process the bulk meats into appropriate portions for various food recipes
• Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working 

Job Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Ability to work well with others
• Knowledge as a Qualified journeyman meat cutter preferred
• Someone who has worked in a high-volume environment selling up to $100,000 in products weekly

SCHEDULE: Open Availablity Required 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
