Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Full-Time Receptionist to be the face of their company. This role is crucial in managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
