Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Technician

Location: Brandon, FL

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brandon. In this role, you will be responsible for performing turnover maintenance on vacant apartments, completing general maintenance work orders for residents, and assisting with the upkeep of the property grounds. Your expertise in general maintenance and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the quality and functionality of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform turnover maintenance on vacant apartments to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Complete general maintenance work orders for residents, addressing a wide range of repair needs.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a maintenance role, with a broad knowledge of general maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
