Salary: $16-$18/hr

We are looking for motivated Construction Laborers to assist with various tasks on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to take on physical tasks. This role involves a variety of construction activities, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Operate basic hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and nail guns, under the supervision of skilled workers.
• Dig trenches, backfill, and perform other manual labor tasks as needed.
• Follow blueprints and project specifications while assisting tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials 50lbs.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in construction is a plus.
