We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Workers for the production of cosmetic products. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly and packaging of high-quality cosmetic items. This is a hands-on position that requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to upholding our product standards.

Pay:

• B Shift (6pm-6am): $12/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products on the assembly line according to production guidelines and specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and work orders to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery or products to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
