Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Tech Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers in French, and English. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our generators, ensuring that they receive prompt and effective solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to generators, including but not limited to setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Document customer interactions, including details of technical issues and resolutions, in our support system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or engineering teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including product development and engineering, to address recurring technical issues and improve product features.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
