Job Overview:

The Sales Account Associate is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, and closing sales from within the office and some travel requirements. This role involves proactive communication with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to drive sales and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and convert them into viable sales opportunities.

2. Sales and Account Management:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and forecast sales.
- Follow up with existing clients to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

3.Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Customize solutions based on the needs and requirements of the client.

4. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Track and document all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to align strategies and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with standard working hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility based on business needs.
- May require occasional travelling on tradeshows and customer visits to build stronger relationship.
