Solar Installer

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $20/hr-$30/hr DOE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Installation Crew to join our team for residential and commercial Solar PV projects across the State of Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Solar PV systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Travel across Texas as required.
• Work overtime and occasionally on weekends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in PV Solar installation is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Open positions for both leaders and installers.
• Texas Electrical License is not required, but licensed electricians are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Texas Electrical Contractor License or Texas Electrician License.
• NABCEP certification (optional but beneficial).
• PV Installer Specialist (PVIS) Board Certification (optional but beneficial).
• PV Installation Professional (PVIP) Board Certification (optional but beneficial).
• PV Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist (PVCMS) Board Certification (optional but beneficial).
