Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to join our team.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities: Transport Passengers: Safely drive passengers between specified locations, such as airports, hotels, or corporate offices. Customer Service: Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and address any questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. Report any issues or needed repairs to management.

Route Management: Follow designated routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary for traffic conditions or special requests. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Ensure passengers wear seat belts and follow safety procedures. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents or issues encountered.

Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience: Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow routes and schedules precisely and handle unexpected changes with ease.

Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with lifting and handling luggage and remain seated for extended periods. Working Conditions: Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Environment: Work primarily involves driving, but may include occasional physical tasks such as loading and unloading luggage.
