Liftgate Field Service Technician 

Compensation:

• Salary: $65- 70K On Target Earnings
• Car Allowance: $800 per month
• Company Equipment: Paid cellphone and laptop
• Travel Reimbursements: Coverage for travel expenses

Responsibilities:

• Travel: Engage in extensive nationwide travel (75+%) to support our customers and operations.
• Liftgate Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of liftgate operations and electrical/hydraulic systems to address technical challenges.
• Training: Train service technicians on the operation, servicing, and maintenance of our liftgate products.
• Inspections: Conduct regular fleet inspections, report findings, and review them with customers and sales managers.
• Customer Support: Assist customers in diagnosing liftgate issues and provide cost-effective solutions via phone, text, or email.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with our videographer to create and produce training and marketing videos.
• SOP Development: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common maintenance and repair tasks.
• Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Warranty Inspection: Inspect returned parts to verify warranty claims and assess suitability for resale.
• Product Improvement: Work with Engineering to refine product design and installation techniques to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Welding Experience: MIG/TIG welding skills are a plus.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with ZOHO CRM software is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Conversational Spanish skills are a plus.
