Our client company in Austin, MN is looking for a Late Truck Coordinator!

 

Monday-Friday,  7:30am-4:30pm

 

6 month assignment with possible extension 

 

$18.50 per hour

 

Responsibilities of Late Truck Coordinator:

• Maintain late truck email and communicate late delivery information correctly.
• Work Closely with appointment coordinator to alert necessary personnel
• Communicate any issues with deliveries to the vendor 
• Administer late coding for late customer deliveries
• Provide vacation coverage for OSD''s
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications for Late Truck Coordinator:

• Must be detail oriented
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willing to accept continual and repetitive changes in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - data entry
• Must have Operations, Transportation, and/or Logistics planning experience
