Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and resources for our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, managing maintenance programs, and achieving maintenance goals aligned with the plant's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mechanical, electrical, and custodial teams to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance goals and objectives in line with overall plant targets.
• Establish and manage the maintenance budget, focusing on cost control initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of company maintenance initiatives and manage contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and diagnosis of plant system issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage team schedules and performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee spare parts inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Industrial Maintenance is required 
• Previous Supervisor experience 
• Previous experience in Plastic Extrusion is a plus
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, project management, and equipment inspection, repair, and installation.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and SAP applications is preferred.
