A premier cleaning and restoration services company in Decatur, IL is searching for a Customer Service Representative. This company serves both commercial and residential customers throughout central Illinois. 

 

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

• Telephone customer service experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Typing speed 45 wpm or above with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Solid work history

 

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

• Answering incoming calls for service and to set appointments
• Greet walk-in visitors
• Maintain carpet cleaning schedule
• Make follow-up customer satisfaction calls
• Communicate with insurance companies and customers
• Mail out statements
• Follow-up on past due accounts for missing invoices or payments
• Maintain office supplies
• Filing
• Process incoming mail
