Salary: $18.50/hr

Job Posting: Bender Operator / Shop Technician

Location: Catawba, SC

Company: Leading fabricator, installer, and distributor of concrete reinforcing steel and related products

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay: $17.50/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

Job Requirements:

• Overhead Crane Operation Experience
• Operating machines such as Brake shear, Bender, and/or punch press
• Bending, cutting, and measuring metal, steel, and rebar
• Using various power tools, including routers, table saws, drills, band saws, jig saws, drill press, power staplers, etc.
• Performing finishing operations including riveting, deburring, assembly with screws, nuts and bolts, plastic welding, power stapling, and gluing
• May perform limited warehouse functions
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hrs) and work in extreme temperatures (heat/cold)
