Inside Sales Representative| 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

 

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Customer service or client service experience
• Previous inside sales experience is preferred
• Industrial supplies experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and processes is a plus

 

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative

• Manage incoming customer calls
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Provide price and delivery commitments
• Enter orders into the system
• Verify customer ship-to and bill-to information
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Evaluate customer complaints and provide appropriate solution alternatives
• Maintain records of customer interactions
