Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule free consultations for the sales team.
• Present the benefits of the company''s windows and doors to homeowners, effectively communicating product value.
• Manage travel to assigned areas independently while upholding a professional image and representing the company’s brand.
• Utilize company technology and tools to document activities, track data, and maintain accurate records.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company goals and improve canvassing effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Canvassing Program Manager to provide feedback and enhance canvassing strategies.
• Master the company''s products, services, and promotions to confidently engage with potential customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as a Signature Service expert.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy, with comfort using a smartphone and business applications
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Work Territory: Assigned areas are within a one-hour drive from your home. Mileage reimbursement provided

 

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with shifts based on seasonal daylight (12PM-7PM or 10AM-5PM).

 

Compensation: Base pay starts at $20/hr depending on experience. Uncapped commission is in addition to base pay, with potential to earn $80,000-$100,000 annually!
