Job Title: Chemical Mixing & Blending Operator

Overview: As a Chemical Mixing & Blending Operator, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, utilizing core skills in manufacturing, forklift operation, and CGMP compliance to ensure the accurate and efficient mixing and blending of chemicals.

Shift: Monday - Friday (Weekends and OT as needed); 40-60 hours per week

***MUST be respirator fit-tested***

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience in chemical manufacturing
• Sit-down forklift experience (preferably certified)
• MUST have safety shoes
• Clean shaven face for respirator
• Ability to consistently meet attendance requirements.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing and blending equipment to produce quality finished products according to batch sheets.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 quality procedures and maintain accurate production records.
• Work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
• Communicate effectively to meet production goals and quality specifications.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Participate in all phases of production and warehouse activities as required.
• Organize and operate process and test equipment proficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. bags repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, ladders, and tanks.
• Capability to handle 55/275 gallon containers, turn valves, and engage in other physical activities as required.

Pay: $21 Per hour

Ability to Commute:

• Hunt Valley, MD (Required) *MUST have own transportation*
