Construct and assemble automated machines and equipment.
Make adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Replace relays, check valves, and perform other mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
Operate and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
Utilize Allen Bradley systems for programming and system control.
Adjust and calibrate cameras and other sensors as required for machine operation.
Act as a shift lead/leader, providing guidance and support to team members.
Oversee the workflow and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Train and mentor staff on automation processes and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve issues with automated systems and machinery.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they affect production.
Implement corrective actions to address equipment malfunctions and downtime.
Collaborate with the automation team to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Assist in the development and implementation of new automation technologies and procedures.
Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of machine adjustments, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Prepare reports on automation system performance and incident resolutions.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company standards.
