Salary: $40k - $70k

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, applications, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Document and track support requests using help desk software.
• Perform network troubleshooting and diagnose connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows servers, Active Directory, and domain controllers.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of network appliances and VOIP systems.
• Source, implement, and maintain 3rd party IT and security software solutions, including RMM, cloud backups, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ensure effective operation of both on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Manage and support hybrid IT environments.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all Windows applications and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Provide support for MAC (Apple) operating systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with Linux systems as needed.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups as required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to improve system performance and security.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and best practices.
