Set up and operate the Okuma CNC Lathe for various machining tasks.
Program the CNC lathe using appropriate software or manual methods to achieve precise specifications.
Load and unload materials into the CNC lathe.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect and measure finished parts to confirm they meet specified tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the CNC lathe to keep it in good working condition.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to plan machining operations.
Document production processes, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during machining processes.
