Salary: $25.00+ BOE

• Read and interpret technical drawings to prepare for and plan welds.
• Construct base templates as required for projects.
• Assemble and tack weld materials within specified tolerances.
• Inspect and test weld results to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane for material handling.
• Document welds and other relevant project details as necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety processes and procedures.
• Inspect and ensure functionality and safety of equipment before use.
• Record production details in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Requirements:

• Aerospace and Defense background.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass AWS (American Welding Society) tests performed by the employer.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
