Salary: $24.00 - $25.00/hour

• Perform mechanical detail assembly, including mounting pneumatic valves and components.
• Install various types of fittings such as Push lock, Swagelok, and NPT fittings.
• Run and install plastic tubing, hose, and PVC piping.
• Utilize experience in steel tube bending, specifically 37-degree flare and Swagelok fittings.
• Assemble, fabricate, and mount brackets and guarding as needed.
• Inspect assembled components for accuracy and functionality.
• Make adjustments and corrections as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and modifications.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or engineering team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain tools and work area in a clean and organized manner.
