• Operate and set up a bagger machine, including roll changes and adjustments as needed.
• Perform weight and volume checks every 15 minutes to ensure accurate packaging.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Complete daily production paperwork, including recording data and reporting any issues.
• Monitor packaging quality to ensure proper fill levels, secure seals, and legible production lot codes.
• Inspect pallet, wrap, and top sheet quality to maintain packaging standards.
• Operate various packaging equipment within the production facility to maintain maximum production rates.
• Inform supervision of any problems related to production, equipment, or personnel.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required by the production process.
• Cross-train for other tasks and responsibilities within the production facility as needed.
