• Repair castings using TIG and MIG welding techniques, including dual shield and hard wire.
• Follow detailed weld procedures and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Apply heat treatment processes as required to meet specifications.
• Cut parts apart after welding tests to assess weld quality and performance.
• Ensure all welding work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
