Order Entry Specialist

Portland, OR

OVERVIEW: Local company that prides themselves on delivering exceptional workspace solutions is looking to expand their operations and seeking Order Entry Specialist to join their team. 

 

DUTIES:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into they system with attention to detail and focus on minimizing errors
  • Scan and manage documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

 

PAY: $21-26/HR DOE

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is a major advantage but not required; willing to train the right candidates
