Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate manufacturing processes through research programs.
• Develop processes by studying product requirements and collaborating with equipment vendors.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space, and equipment layout.
• Ensure product and process quality by designing effective testing methods.
• Provide decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends and data.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational.
• Train and guide technicians on design and development projects.
• Strategize the development process, including raw materials and machinery.
• Analyze production facets and make recommendations for improvements.
• Create production schedules and budgets for projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in multiple departments.
• Leadership skills to manage challenges and oversee employees.
• Attention to detail for thorough task completion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to type, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with software management.

Desired Skills:

• 2-3 years of engineering experience.
