Injection Molding Machine Operator | DIRECT HIRE

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring to fill an Injection Molding Operator opening in Lebanon, OH. The roleoperates various injection molding machines, all while advancing the company mission of being a forward-thinking, collaborative, and ethical business.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Manages raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
• Operates injection molding machines ranging from 400 tons to 1100 tons.
• Exercises special care to ensure the machine is running correctly, as damage to a machine may be costly.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Accurately records job transactions.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Possesses general knowledge of Fanuc robots.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Demonstrates core company values of personal accountability, discipline, trust, and proactive action.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for graduates of an accredited technical school. Must have knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods. Also requires ability to read blueprints, operate forklift and overhead crane, read measuring instruments, and maintain machinery and equipment.

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds occasionally; anything over 60 pounds requires two people, or the use of a lifting device. The ability to climb and work from ladders, operate equipment.

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: Salary based on candidate experience & qualifications
