Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: 12-week contract preferred; per diem ok
• Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
• Shift: NOC (11-7pm)
• Location: Sammamish, WA  (Private Residence)
• Job Duties: Provide home health nursing services to ALS patient
• Required experience:
  • Prefer clinician with trach experience, but not required
  • Past home health experience preferred, but not required
  • Will provide orientation and training on all job duties
• Patient Condition:
  • ALS
  • Non-verbal; uses dynavox
  • Vents; Trach; G-tubes; Hoyer lift
  • No medication taken at night; no catheter
• Additional Details
  • Spouse is present in the home
  • Safe and nice neighborhood
  • Park next to the home on the street
  • Dress code: scrubs
• Additional Credentialing: Hep-B (send to HR@rahseattle.com)
• Hourly Pay: $60-64/hr + mileage reimbursement

• Requirements: RN in Washington state in Active status, Hep B vaccination record, TB test, CPR certification, Minimum 6 months RN experience in the last 24 months
