Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: 12-week contract preferred; per diem ok
• Days: Every day of the week
• Shift: Day (7am) & NOC (11-7pm)
• Location: Graham, WA 98338 (Private Residence)
• Job Duties: Provide home health nursing services to ALS patient
• Required experience:
  • Prefer clinician with trach experience, but not required
  • Past home health experience preferred, but not required
  • Will provide orientation and training on all job duties
• Patient Condition:
  • ALS
  • Non-verbal; uses dynavox
  • Vents; Trach; G-tubes; Hoyer lift; Catheter
• Additional Details
  • Spouse has been primary caregiver up until this point—this will be the first time this patient has received regular in-home professional care.
  • Patient has a newly-placed trach and vent
  • Safe and nice neighborhood
  • Parking: in front of the home
  • Dress code: scrubs
• Hourly Pay: $50/hr + mileage reimbursement

• Requirements: LPN in Washington state in Active status, Hep B vaccination record, TB test, CPR certification, Minimum 6 months LPN experience in the last 24 months
