We have been asked by a Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Fishers to find a Financial Paraplanner to support the Financial Advisors. In this role you will support the Financial Advisors in delivering top-notch financial advice to clients. You also ensure that clients feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated, and that they have a great experience in the office.
This is a direct hire placement, and the salary is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on your experience.

As the Financial Paraplanner you will
- Prepare client meeting packets and deliverables, including agendas, financial statements, performance reports, asset allocations, investment recommendations, estate flow charts, and cash flow projections.
- Execute follow-up tasks post-meetings, such as writing follow-up letters, submitting trade tasks, coordinating with the financial team, and facilitating account paperwork and service requests.
- Assist in preparing Financial Blueprints for new clients, including data input, formula review, and collaboration with advisors on projections.
- Support advisors with various research projects, reports, and one-off assignments.
- Cross-train and periodically support the Implementation Coordinator with operational procedures, including account maintenance, money movement, and securities trading.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills for the Financial Paraplanner:
- Personable, warm, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive, and work independently.
- Professional demeanor, personal integrity, and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
