Our client, located in Derwood, MD is seeking a results-driven, dynamic Sales Representative to support their team. Our client is a licensed contractor specializing in residential exterior remodeling servicing the DMV. This is a direct hire.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm and Every other Saturday as needed to meet clients' needs

Pay: $40,000 - $80,000 (base + commission)

Job Description:

• Meeting with prospective clients to assess their needs with a consultative approach to assess and identify their specific needs
• Generate and provide customized proposal tailored to each client's needs and provide follow-ups as needed to answer any questions or concerns, and close the sale
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Service a territory within a 60 mile radius
• Communicatively effectively with the internal team regarding any leads, opportunities, and brainstorming initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Results-oriented/driven
• Construction, roofing, window or home improvement sales experience preferred, but not required
• State Salesperson License preferred, but not required, must be willing to obtain upon hire
• Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
• MUST have reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, train, and grow
