Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fall Harvest Workers for the upcoming harvest season in the Liberal, KS, and Oklahoma Panhandle areas. This is a seasonal position ideal for those looking to gain experience in agricultural work or earn extra income during the fall months.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the harvesting of crops, including operating harvest machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload harvested crops for transportation and storage.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily harvest targets.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends, in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
