Operations Manager

 

Pay: $100k-115k/year depending on experience level

Benefits: 9 paid holidays, Vacation pay, Medical, and more!

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Thursday (8am-5pm)

Location: Berks County, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Daily Management of employees across 5 different departments, managing 3 shift supervisors
• Initiate, propose and coordinate projects to improve the efficiency of procedures and minimize labor expenses.
• Quality Control checks
• Lead and develop operational personnel across various levels.
• Ensure that warehouse and maintenance functions are positioned to support production

Qualifications of the Operations Manager:

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Operations, or other related field required
• 7+ years experience in production management
• Strong leadership and decision making skills required
• Ability to deal with power dynamics within the work place
• Able to manage many personalities and work independently
