Express Employment Professionals is now hiring several Production Operators in Wytheville, VA. Will train on 1st shift 2 -3 weeks then go to 2nd shift, 2:30 pm -10:30 pm or 3rd shift, 10:30 pm - 6:30 am.

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Production Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Wytheville, VA. The position consists of setting up and operating compression presses to produce molded parts in compliance with established safety regulations and SOIs.

Responsibilities:

- Spray mold with lube as required
- Operate compression presses
- Assemble and weighs preps according to molding specification
- Load prep into mold per molding specification
- Close mold and begins cure cycle
- Unload cured parts
- Visually inspects parts for defects according to inspection standard
- Trim, inspect and pack as required in finishing specifications
- Record required information on reports

SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read and comprehend SOIs, safety regulations and inspection standards
- Ability to run multiple presses with different processes
