We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance.
Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- General repair such as plumbing, fixture repair and replacement, heating and cooling
- Light janitorial duties
- Repair Drywall
- Painting
Facilities Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, technology systems for home lighting and heating, and general property and grounds maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings on an on-call rotational basis
