Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various textiles.
• Interpret and follow work orders, ensuring accuracy in design placement, thread color, and stitch quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality standards and company specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize embroidery processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in managing inventory of threads, needles, and other necessary supplies.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating embroidery machines (Tajima, Brother, Barudan, or similar brands preferred).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting embroidery designs and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
