Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Tax Preparer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for a diverse clientele, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing personalized guidance to maximize clients' tax benefits. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our multilingual customer base. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be critical in accurately completing tax forms and identifying potential deductions or credits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individual and business clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide personalized tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them maximize their tax benefits.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to understand their tax needs and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure all filings are accurate and up to date.
• Identify potential deductions, credits, and other tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all tax-related documents and client interactions.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial situation throughout the year.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in tax preparation or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• High School Diploma required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Certification as a tax preparer is preferred but not required.
