Machine Operator/Production Worker 

 

Location: Pine Bluff, Arkansas

 

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Production Worker to join our team in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various stages of our production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position requiring the flexibility to work rotating 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment

- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

- Monitor the production process and perform quality checks

- Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel toe boots

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

 

Requirements:

- Ability to work rotating 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must own and wear steel toe boots on the job

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
